I was introduced to Jackson & Copeland lettings at a Property Exhibition, they manage my Friends portfolio of houses so I was happy to try them and move the management and maintenance to them. I have now been using Jackson and Copeland for the past 5 years and have had a problem free experience with them, the communication is second to none and if i have any queries I can always get hold of my contact in the office, and if they are not available the other agents are very knowledgeable about my properties and always get the answers I need. Whenever my properties have needed any repairs, I am given an estimate in advance with detailed information on what the problem is,including photos, if it can be repaired and the long term advice off the skilled tradesmen who are employed on what the best solution for my property is. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jackson & Copeland to other landlords for full management or/and repairs on their properties.
