This restaurant produces really good food, the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The menu has a good choice of dishes and the staff are available, if required to discuss your choice and recommend alternatives if you have a particular request. Service time was excellent, well balanced time between courses. Decor in restaurant is modern and tables are set with crisp white linen table cloths and napkins. Excellent.

Poor service and quality. Booked a table and were still waiting for our main courses 2 hours later. No table cloths or cutlery on the table and plates from starters weren't cleared. Dirty glasses, flat coke and no ice. Staff focussing on takeaways and regular customers didn't feel the need to apologise for the fact we were waiting so long. Plenty of other options in Hartlepool where the quality and service is superior.
